Quality is customer driven and not merely a departmental obligation. It is significant to everyone in the organization. To ensure Total Quality Management, the Quality Assurance (QA) department in our factory is autonomous in its functioning.
Quality control of primary pharmaceutical packaging materials for companies is vital to assure safety standards for the patient using the medical product. We have a dedicated department to test and ensure our packaging meets Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for deliverables, pharmaceutical international standard ISO 15378, and environmental commitments standard ISO 14001. We are pleased to announce investment in to a new in-house laboratory to assist with product testing. This is proving to be invaluable, with our laboratory technicians conducting tests and/or proving product compatibility, often within a 24-hour time frame.
